Feature:

2. AC agent coating and oven: with a bachelor and scraper wire coating roller and a 4.5m oven.
3. Diameter of composite cooling roll: jacketed spiral cooling water forced heat exchange structure.
4. Tension control: automatic tension control for unwinding and interlayer unwinding, the maximum tension is 400N. Fully automatic tension control and taper control for winding, the maximum tension is 400N.
5. Control method: man-machine interface operation, the extrusion thickness is automatically and accurately calculated by the computer, and the whole machine is controlled by linkage.
6. Diameter of interlayer unwinding: high-speed automatic material change on both sides of aluminum foil
7. Inverter: imported brand AC digital vector control inverter.
